I opened a locked chest in jade sea today and got this

Defensive Outcast Staff of Enchanting

q9 dom

Armor +5
Enchantments last 20% longer

so perfect mods

but its old school with no inherit effect

so is it worth anything?

Regardless of no inherit if it had one is the skin worth money?
