Randomly Can't connect to ArenaNet

I was loading into a Random Arenas match and I was half-way loaded and then my it just stopped loading, so I exited it.
Now when I start up the Client it just says "Connecting to ArenaNet" and it stays on 0% and it won't load.
This happnened completely out of the blue and I'm not having internet or firewall problems...anyone know the problem?
No settings were changed or anything when Guild Wars randomly stopped working, so I don't think it could be firewall or router problems...

You are forgetting the fact that "router problems" doesn't mean your router in your house, it means anyone of the perhaps dozens of "routers" the signal goes through to get from you to ANet and back. If one of the routers between you and ANet is having problems, it can result in a loss of connection, or in lag as the signal is re-routed around the bad hub.
The mere fact that you can access other sites on the internet is not relevant as they would/may be contacted through a different path using different routers.
