hey, im looking for a paper fan with HRT for a specific, non-primary attribute.

for example, like a r10 Fast Casting paper fan with Halves recharge time (18-20% is perfect) for Domination Magic (actually, Im paying big bucks for any FC fan with HRT for domination magic)

message me what the mods are on a fan you're selling
