Even though I want to say it's worth something, its merch food. You might be able to sell to newer players for 1-2k if they know nothing of prices, but players who have been on forever know what everything is worth and will not buy something if it is not "max", "inscr", "rare skin" or whatever. I can't seem to sell my req8 14-27 dmg shadow bow or my req9 14-27 dmg storm bow, even for 1k each. Sorry if this reply sucks.

Not true for shields. Using non-max shields to be able to have a lower requirement is quite common. They can sell for a decent chunk of cash. Unfortunately, I couldn't really give an accurate price, but I definitely wouldn't merch it without getting an expert opinion first.

The skin is nice, but motivation req isn't really wanted. Give or take ~10k max.

I'd keep it and try to sell for about 25-35k. Will take a while, even longer, but i managed to sell a more common skin, q7/15 blue mot, for 20k.
