If you manage to get all 600pts in 7 trade slots (5250 is attainable with creme brulee , 600 is obtainable from 200 Creme Brulee which is <1 stack(s)), I will trade 10e. I don't know if ecto is worth more than 6.5k now but I'm assuming it is. Alternately you can opt for 12 Z-keys or 50 lockpicks.

However in Great temple of Balthazar, people will sell me creme brulees for 300g because they can't be bothered to waste time for an extra 50g each when they have <50 and if you don't have all the points I need it doesn't help me convenience-wise.
