Filter > Sharpen (as many times as you can possibly do without killing the picture)
I also add a blur layer to soften the damage done by the sharpen tool. ;3

ouuh, it must be the blur that I'm missing.
I usually use the unsharp mask because it looks more subtle compared to sharpen.. not really sure what the difference is though. \D
