I know if I were to sell most of these for any high prices would probably be very certain collectors but I may be wrong, I wanted to get the community's opinion as I am terrible at pricing weapons.

imo i slavage any good mods and merch the lot or hero

Sadly they dont have max stats and there un wanted stats at that so i agree with this ^^^^^^^
