I can't figure the value of golds. Can someone give me a PC on this. If it is not worth anything can you give a brief explination?

Gold, max damage, req9. All good so far. Skin is decent. Also good. Only problem is the inherent, which is perfect, but not preferable. I'd let it go for anything over 3k.
