Great idea.

Haha yea, that's not Guru post material I think...
Olle's been really active and enthusiastic about the whole venture, for which i applaud him, and as mentioned before, a new guild was formed with the cave as it's official HQ and turf; the Ice Cave Elite [ICE]
Haven't had much time to promote the place recently, will get back on it over the weekend when my workload eases.

Great idea. I love the place. I used Maguuma stade so far. I always bumped into the same people there.

Might be an idea to pick somewhere else to idle, given the numbers of obvious monk bot farmers.
I spent 30 minutes watching guildless botties with 3/50 in hall running the self-same circuit, bumping into the self-same pillars on their way out farm crap.
If Anet can't be stuff visiting it, buggered if I will... pity.

Kamadan being transformed into an obscene circus freak parade, coupled with the constant raucous of pink trade chat and asinine local channel rhetoric has driven me to the far reaches of Tyria until I discovered a new refuge; the Ice Tooth Cave.

While you're there, take time exploring the map outside. There's a cliff to the north-east that provides a great view of northern Shiverpeaks if I remember correctly. Although max party is six, drinking games are still good fun.

That's what I get for spending too much time in the American districts of Kamadan. Dumber. XD

I was always a bigger fan of Fisherman's Haven. However, I will grasp this new concept and meet yall in the ITC when I have a chance!

No, not that one. That one is guarded by a patrol of Minotaurs, is it not? There's one a bit farther to NE I think and you will encounter some Stone Summit on the way. Haven't been in the game for a while but I'm pretty sure that's it. Will have to check it out in the evening I guess.

I stopped in to see if anyone was around but all I saw were the same guildless Mo/Me running out to farm.
Good looking area though, I'll try to stop back again and maybe catch some real peeps.

I just use it as my personal afk pad now, it proved to be too much effort to usher people in and entertain them

The Ice Tooth Cave holds a special place in my heart.
For people who don't remember the days when they game was in fact hard, and not easy mode weapons and builds we have today, the Ice Tooth Cave was a nice rest point in the otherwise deadly Shiverpeaks.
It was a good place to reach and rest on your way to Loin's Arch for example.
Sadly like most prophecies locations, its basically empty. But I do admit I do AFK my character there for peace sometimes
