r9 20/10 Dragon Staff (Smiting)

Hey guys, could someone please give me a pc on this Dragon Staff:

Dragon Staff of Shelter
Halves skill recharge of spells (chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Holy damage: 11-22 (Requires 9 Smiting Prayers)
Halves casting time of spells (chance: 10%)
Armour +7 (vs. physical damage)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about the 20/10, but I had a 20/20 (and i think it was channeling) that got sold for 100e, and I was told that someone else would have spent quite a bit more (Oh well, 100e is still a lot IMO lol). There's a collector around here that collects 20/20s but I don't know about the 20/10...

edit: It was actually a communing staff...

yeah i would pc it at 100k also (15e)

for several reasons

1. smiting is one of the rarest attributes in dragon staves according to my experience

2. it's a rather wanted attr

3. enchants are rly useful for smiting

don't sell for less imho
