After years of luxon domination i recently noticed kurzick large offensive.
Is there new formed huge kurzick alliances or luxon guilds are so weak ?
What happened with luxon/kurzick border ?

And the boundry is set by the overall total - not say american dist only.
There is probably a huge amount of ab players who have done either side and switch to get the opp title ( lux/kurz).
I know some players who may be in a lux/kurz guild and when its quiet on say kurz they will play lux - they just like to fight and which side they on doesnt matter to them.
I think a few times when the other pvp formats get zcombat some players leave ab and focus on the zmission which can also affect lux/kurz wins - the amount of ab`ers drops.
The annoying thing from a pve point of view - when the boundry changes and you want to vq a zone thats fallen into enemy hands - can be a bugger getting the faction reward ( pve`rs will understand what i mean from both sides.

No to answer the OP, the recent Lux/Kurz Weekend maxed alot of luxon titles and as a result, alot of people switched to kurz. So, technically your hypothesis that the lux guilds are weak is pretty much correct.

Its just more "balanced" now since the introduction of the shady luxon and suspicious kuku npc's. Bad players and pve folks go to the side which holds an advantage while the regulars play (most, not all) on the side with the least teams so they can get a game faster. Exceptions are when its stuck on asslands or kanaai for hours and hours or even days. Those maps are just boring as hell. In short, map goes back and forth faster then it used to do.

I'd like to add that when I started factions in spring of 07, the Luxons were dominating. Then the Kurzicks were doing better, then the Luxons took over for a long period.
So the answer is that these things come in cycles and maybe now that people have maxed out their allegiance ranks, they are getting more into AB and other forms of entertainment.
