Minister Cho's after WoC - Impossible VQ

Heya,
Could someone tell me how can I VQ those groups full of AoE, rupt, heals, rez and DMG with only 3 other ppl/heroes?
All other small areas in Istan and Ascalon are np, but this one is impossible.

Or is there a quest, that will negate WoC pops? Would presence of someone with active quest there negate WoC changes?

Looking on the wiki talk page it looks like if you have completed Rescue Minister Cho's Estate then there is no way of getting rid of it. It has been posted on the official forum but there is no deadline for when it will be fixed.

At the very latest we can hope it is like WiK. That is, once you have completed all the (unreleased) parts of WoC then it will return to normal. So unfortunately now you can only really and sit and wait.

Lots of people have complained about this. Hopefully something is done about it with future updates to WoC content.

Right now I think the only suggestion in the Wiki is to do VQ before doing WoC on a particular character.

Bottom line is right now WoC changes are permanent.

Yeah i've heard about this Vq a lot too and it's 1 reason why i won't do WoC, because i offer Canthan VQ's and all those quests just screw up spawns and such making some vq's a lot tougher then they were before WoC content, all you can do is sit and wait on blow through full consets trying to finish it

I have done it yesterday with my friends 1:48h but we vq´s it with the ursan and cons

Just make it easy by bringing the rit team.

I actually vanq'd this while doing the HM WoC quest. It was long, and there were a few wipes, but the extra NPC made a big difference. Unfortunately, I assume it's too late for you to do that.

We had a guildy having trouble as with as well. Taking the WoC quest made a huge difference in the spawns and we were then able to vanquish without too much trouble although it was still a challenge. Personally, I hope they don't take the challenge out of things. I miss BLA when it was harder

I don't know if this can be called a confirmation as it is hearsay, but an anonymous source at PAX revealed that the spawns will indeed revert after the third part of WoC is released and completed, hopefully by the end of this year.

I'll try, I've got all those heroes equiped, runed and ready.

I was planning to VQ with WoC HM quests, so I did WoC NM and now do regular VQs + WoC quests with VQ. So there's still chance to VQ with the quest active.

I miss hard BLA too. It's np with full hero team and with no wipes.

And what do you do if you are a non 4pip E player (ie warrior or paragon)?

doesnt matter what prof you are really.
just lure group by group and ball the melees.
then let your heros kill them,look who can rezz.kill melees,then the guy who can rezz. kill other stuff.
done.

i so hope it does revert back. i tried humans,heros with those builds and my monk still couldnt vanq cho's. >> wasted a crap load of cons to boot. least now she can finally get that title if the rumor is true.

This doesn't sound right. When has someone at ArenaNet ever given anonymous feedback to the community, for any reason? Not a single time that I can recall.

I say anonymous source because I neither lack the appropriate name to attach to the source, nor do I feel entitled to divulge a personal conversation which my hearsay is derived from.

I have searched for an answer to the question that the OP raises since WoC Part 1 was released; this is the first inkling of proof that I have found that isn't wild rumor, and I wanted to share it with the community.

Perhaps this has just been overlooked, but why not release it during PAX with other Live Team news items(including continued efforts for WoC Part 2) to make it official?

* Reduced the number of enemies that populate Minister Cho's Estate after the quest Rescue at Minister Cho's Estate is completed.

I wouldn't say they "fixed" it. It still leaves the WoC content being, in essence, a trap that serves to do little but make life harder for anybody who completes it without realising the ramifications.

That doesn't exactly inspire a desire to complete the quests or experience new content.

honestly they didnt fix it, tried all sorts of hero combos, still cant get past first group
