Could someone explain to me how my video card doesn't meet the requirements? Thank you in advance!

The 512MB video memory refers to dedicated video memory. I've never seen a 9300 GE with 1GB of dedicated RAM installed, therefore I assume whatever software you got the comparison from, made a mistake when reading out the amount of dedicated video memory you have.

Most 9300 GE's only have 256MB, which indeed does not meet the system requirements.

ive played GW with a gpu with only 256 ram (gforce 6800),you will be able to play with lowest settings with -dx8, - no shaders but you will only get 15/20 fps

Edit:ive played with a very old 128 gpu (GeForce 2 Mx)same settings as the 256 but you get 10/15 fps (5/15 fps Nightfall EOTN)

the 9300 is one generation later but one of the cheapest budget cards and the Geforce 8800 was the card to buy for gamers during half a year.

Given that, the 9300 can't be more then half as fast if even that. A game needing a 8800 would hardly run on that system. Doesn't even matter if it has 1GB memory on the card it's just catch word to grab casual buyers in the store.
