I'm no expert on uninsc shields, but I would guess that yours would be in the 30-50e range. Wait for more opinions.

Yo bro, Ornate is one of the better shield skins in the game lol... And some people actually secretly like q13 str shields... and with -2stance +30hp, 50e+ doesn't seem unlikely to me...

I got the same shield (req12 tho) pc'ed here and on wartower, and that was around 70e, so yeah around 50+ seems right for me
