Been a looong time but Im getting back into GW to finish up my HoM in preparation for GW2. Anyway, going through mules, heroes and such and saw some things that I thought might be worth something. Thank you guys in advance.

I wouldn't merch those +5 energy items - they make nice equipment for monk heroes. Req 8 offhands - 10k but a lot of effort needed to make a sale. Ghostly 20/10 Water... I'd say up to 30k. Shields - heroes or donate to new players if there are any.
