PvE: LF friendly active DOASC guild.

Hi. I'm looking for a friendly guild that will help me learn the fineries of DOASC. My main character is a Rit so I was looking to get into Glaiveway or potentially Frostway and maybe eventually Trenchway with my necro. I will however have to still grind Lightbringer points for HM for each character so I'd like to stick to the Rit for awhile. I am currently in a guild but we're pretty much dead so I'd like to join an active guild and do speed clears so I can fill out 30/50 in HOM. IGN: Burning Beard
