their battery seems to suck pretty hard, or is that only when ur gaming/watching a movie that its so shitty duration?

I was gonne get an macbookpro, but then seen it has not even blue ray, has worse stats and costs more then a laptop, would be kinda dumb to buy it then.

All 3 is about the same. 1st and 3rd has the same hardware. HP is going to stop making computer systems and i had good experience with Asus so i would pick that one.

Yes the battery life on them is going to suck to put it mildly high-end hardware is hot and power hungry. It's going to be better when just surfing around but don't expect more then a hour or two.

Also keep in mind that these laptops can no longer be called portable since they are both big and heavy so if you are going to carry it around a lot then it's going to be tiresome and annoying.

Also i would recommended a cheaper laptop and desktop it will be both cheaper and you will get away with more performance.

I'd basically agree, they all seem somewhat the same. I'd tend towards the Toshiba because they usually make a quality product, but the ASUS would be a very close second. I'd look for reviews of those two.

You'll get an hour out of the battery gaming, and 2 web browsing/watching videos.

That'll drop to 30mins after a year or so.

I bought an ASUS G53J and love it. It is quite big and bulky and does weigh a hefty amount, but it works great so far. My only issue is that sometimes (very rarely) when I try to turn it on the fans blow hard but nothing boots up.
