So I was just curious, if you get a vabbi tour - can you actually skip the big first chunk of NF? Or does it just make it easier because you don't have to run to outposts?

If you CAN skip it, how do you go about it?

Thanks.

Can't skip missions except the ones where you get to choose one or the other. All it really does is make it faster when doing quests and gives you NPC access faster (armor...hero skill trainers, whatever else). You can probably do quests and farm non mission areas too.

When you get a vabbi tour the mission outposts are outposts open to travel BUT you can not do the mission until you progress through the storyline. So your not really skipping anything.

Imho: I don't think it makes it any easier (faster) other than if your doing the side quests you can always look to see which outpost is closest to your objective.

Unlike Prophs you have to advance the storyline(missions) to reach the end and not skip out on the middle.

This for Vabbi tour only, but you can skip Rilohn Refuge if you talk to that Captain guy standing near the gate if you have Moddok Crevice already unlocked

If you took a full NF run through to all outpost, you can skip doing Elite Junundo skill cap quest, you just talk to the guy standing outside Ruins of Morah if you got there by running

The quest that involves Palawa and Bone Palace can be similarly skipped by just clearing the foes inside the Bone Palace compound if you have Bone palace already unlocked

Imo, taking the NF/Vabbi tour helps a heap since there will be a lot of back and forth running with quests initially, and it helps already have the outpost to access back and forth
