3) Require 7 or 8 Hammer Masteries
4) Non-Inscribable/Uninscribable/Oldschool/Whatever you want to call it
5) IF REQUIRING 8 HAMMER MASTERIES, the hammer has a perfect inherent damage modifier of any sort OR NONE WHATSOEVER, as long as it dos not have one of those crappy inscription holes.
(15>50, +5 energy and 15/-5 preferable but will take any)
6) You own the hammer and will accept gold, ectos or possibly trade in exchange for it.
