Closed: Tormented Shield

Just getting it for my HoM to be used on a caster so attribute doesn't matter. Will there be one that is cheapest (could I get a PC on all the attributes)? Also I thought it is probably cheaper to buy the shield rather than an armbrace, is that true?

Yes buying a weapon is often cheaper than buying a brace (since brace gives flexibility and a weapon doesn't)

Currently you should see people offering torm shield from 18-22e, however often less desired weapons like off-hands might be sold for a little less.

It really comes down to the seller and how fast they need to move something. I have seen a torm wand sell for as little as 13e, and I sold a torm shield for 22e the other day without fuss.

Your mileage may vary, but I do suggest keeping an eye out in Kamadan trade if saving pennies matters to you my friend.
