hotkeys for locking on?

Is it at all possible to configure hotkeys for heroes to lock on, instead of clicking the crosshair in each panel? I want some of my heroes attacking a specific target, the others not. I couldn't seem to find anything in the Control panel.

to make it very clear: hypothetically speaking I want only THREE of my heroes to lock onto a target. to do this I click the crosshair in each panel, and leave the other four heroes to do their own thing. I'm looking for a faster method than clicking in each panel.

i dont think so. i played hb and couldnt find a way to do it
