Closed: WTB Celestial Staff

I am looking for an inscribable Celestial Staff.

Don't care about reqs or attributes too terribly much although q9 earth, domination, illusion or channeling would be nice.

Again I am not interested in OS only inscribable staffs. I checked before posting to make sure but this item does supposedly drop from the UW/FoW and Zaishen Chest presumably inscribable like any other gold drop from those chests.
