req 7 Sword: S/B: 1k and lets see - its non max dmg and a common skin - maybe up to 50k if someone want it. 
Raven Staff - easily ~80-100e+, depends on intrest, its just smiting parayers, but still a rare skin.

20k for the sword doesnt seem outrageous or even outlandish. In fact that seems reasonable. Although maybe a bit less if there isnt much interest

As for the staff, I personally would say s/b 100k and see where it goes. Rare it is, but how much demand is there really for it?

the raven don't get going over 40e personally, I don't see why anyone would pay even near that
bunch of people seem to be trying to hype up r8 10/10 stuff.... that skin was always common back in the past, there are quite a few around in 10/10, they are not that rare
