Someone "might" pay 10k or whatever for sure, there is always someone who will, trouble is it could take you 10 calender years to find such a person.
I would merch it in a heartbeat and get busy having fun farming Pongmei or something in the wild hope of finding something closer to perfect
EDIT: I suspect half the people on this forum who quote prices live in cloud cuckoo land or believe that some idealized pricing scheme has much traction in the real world.
GW players are more and more fussy about perfect weapons, and finding anyone to buy even a q8 cele with crappy mods would in all probability take a lot of hours spamming about the place, which is wasted time when you could make more profit by actually doing something fun (unless you have an alt account I suppose).
Rather than jump down the throats of others (even people with less than even-handed responses like the poster who removed their offering, it might be wise to consider the realistic implications of trying to sell imperfect items for prices, or perhaps go and sit about in Kama trying to flog such things to the fussy punters.
Often we tell people something might be "worth 50k", however more often than not, actually getting anyone to pay the prices we deem meet for more commonplace items is rather more time and effort that sellers have at their disposal.
I for one do not want to spend more than 20 minutes at a time selling something, and while I am sure I could find something to buy a q8 cele (even with crap mods), it would not be worth my time, so I stand by what I said: personally I would merch it or give it away.
EDIT REDUX: Stuey, forum stuff takes 2 seconds, and some of us are "farming" I was halfway through a frostway run when I replied earlier, time wasting for me is spending hours in Spamadan, I do it as little as I can, and I don't sell imperfect cele shields that would take me forever to move (I would however put such things on this lovely forum, which is what to OP should do, and he may well get a few quid.

One space in storage, post in a sell thread, bump it here and there. So much wasted space and time? I have a friend that would sell stuff like this all day long because of lazy people that didn't want to take the time, and she would make good money because not everyone has tons of money or just collect weird things, and stuff like this does sell.
Just toss in a sell thread on here s/b 10k with other items you have to sell and bump it a few times. If time is so precious then why is everyone on here when you could be farming? Oh noes I am loosing money........
