no, it's 14v50 -- not 14^50 (14% while under 50 hp).

yeah it's a hammer -- pretty sure the max is right, might have got the min wrong.

at the very least, I'd think I could salvage the zealous off it, but I thought the 14v50 might add a little something, since the damage seems decent.
