Can't imagine why anyone would bother with blue low-req Strength shields as they are *completely* useless (unlike Tactics, Command, or Motivation which actually see some use).

20-30k for the Kournan Defender seems ridiculous - not only is it useless, but the skin is also unwanted and common as dirt. I agree with Stuey - *maybe* 10k to a collector.
