I have a couple of high req 13's in air and water for 30k each and an r9 blood for 20e.

All are 20/10 and old-school, and non-inscription, just in case you think you can get them in inscription and with +20 energy. The removable/interchangeable mods on all three are utter crap and would need to be replaced.
