I need another pc on my Shield

Echovald Shield q12 Strength
-2 while Enched
+10 Ar vs. Cold

i guess it´s not perfect but like for a Ranger T1 it could be a nice shield?

i'd say more around 30e ish, perfect mods but not super duper wanted like some others, still a perfect echo tho and a very nice shield
