Anyone have any ideas? Would really appreciate some help with this, have no idea how to appraise old school stuff, especially staves!

honestly, with items like this I don't think you see one often enough to have a really decent price point on this. Someone may come along being an expert on 10/10 staves. I would say drop it in high end and see where it goes.
