Error Message 220

I have been attempting to purchase another full set of guild wars. My brothers and I all want to play guildwars2 but every time I attempt to enter the ingame store I get the Code=220 message. Not only does that show up on the new account that I have created, but also on my 5 year old account. My connection is fine, I am able to connect to the internet, and to guild wars when ever I like. Is this a problem from ArenaNet's side or is my internet really not working properly?

I'm not really familiar with the igshop. But usually when I get error codes from gw it's just to wait and it goes away. Try it again tomorrow.

"Pre-nerf" is incorrect. It's pre-buff.

It's most likely due to your firewall or router but it might be to do with some other software like PeerBlock, PeerGuardian or NetNanny-esque programs.

I don't know which Firewall you use (if any) but if you can open it and somehow permit Guild Wars full access then your problem might be solved.
