Glossy Monitor

Hi all!


Trying to get a new monitor 22 to 26... I'm in love of Apple glossy monitors but way too expensive... I don't care about flares on screen am interested in the color quality.

Question: do u know if besides Apple, there's another company making those glossy monitors? so far what i have found is the ones with a glossy frame and not the glossy screen.

I have no clue why you like glossy monitors, but Samsung and many other manufacturers makes several different models, for example here is an Acer to droole at: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009278

Yeah looks so pretty! You wont like glossy after using it for a while and noticing your reflection looking back at you. Play with it some more. Don't be fooled into shinier is better like many people in GW. (: Most people/manufacturers are moving towards that matte finish for a reason: reflections suck.

Worry more about the panel than that glassy finish. For good looking movies and less intense games like guild wars, get an IPS panel monitor. They cost more but look better than TN/etc panels that many companies use. However the TN/etc doesn't ghost as much for things like FPS games. I have both and its pretty obvious side by side.
