Got this the other day while doing a vanq clear.

Jitte q 11 (gold)
+15% damage
-10 armor while attaching (never seen this mod b4 as inherent)
+29 fort

Any assitance of a range would be helpful.

15-20k imo...fairly high req and the inherant is not real desirable.
