Chromium Shards Damage +15 (vs Hexed Foes)
Stormbow Damage +14 (While in Stance)
Summit Axe Damage +20% (While Health below 50%)
Wingblade Sword Damage +20% (While Health is below 50%)
Plagueborn Maul Damage +15% (While in Stance)

All of the above are definitely for the merchant. I'd personally also merch these (high req and unwanted skins):

Flamberge (R 13 Swordsmanship) Damage +15 (While Health is above 50%)
Jade Longbow (R 11 Marksmanship) Damage +15 (While Health is above 50%)

GotH - Not much due to mixed mods. 5k or merchant
Emblazoned - There's lots of people around collecting "+10 vs" shields. Maybe 5-10k.
+5en Wicked Blade - 2-3k maybe
Hand Axe - maybe 5k
20/19 Air Staff - Depends on skin. If core, probably merchant. If Canthan, ~10k
Jeweled Staff - Depends on skin. If metal, merch. If twin dragon, you might be able to get 5k - nobody wants 19/20

Or you could just save yourself a ton of time and merchant/hero the lot.

hammer might get 10-15k from a collector or whatever - but the reason vamp weapons are popular are to suicide, and a single hand item with a -50hp offhand is the optimal way to do so.
