Various unusual and semi-rare gold items

I'm cleaning out some storage items, the kind that you can't bring yourself to sell to the merchant but aren't good enough to spend eighteen consecutive hours in Kamadan while some guy shoves his panda knot in your face. Start bids at reasonable prices; I don't care enough to determine the exact market value. For most items, just post the name and your offer; for items which appear more than once, post the name and the number in the lower-right corner. There are no preset buy-outs and closing times are whatever I happen to feel like that day. If you want to buy out an item, tack on a few zeroes to whatever the current bid is and it's yours.
