Very common skin, non-max mods, but Q9 and +10 vs Demons..... I'm no expert but I'm gunna guess at....

my reasoning behind this post was that i've seen more than a couple worse skins with similar mods advertising for more in kama before but i guess their head was just in the stars, my bad tho

It's +10 +27hp on a shit skin, whilst +10 +30hp is available on greens, any sane person who wants to tank DoA with a purdy shield makes a texmod for it and makes his Aegis of Terror look like an Echovald shield. Buying imperfect mods that are available on greens is pretty retarded imo...

Agreed - but I have seen many things on here that make no sense.

That might be the single most preposterous justification for a PC that I've *ever* seen.

Why would someone spend 300e on a q9 -2st/+30 Echovald (or 40e for -2st/+28 or whatever) when they could just get Strongroot's Shelter and use TexMod to change the dye colour? Same thing, right? If you're going to disagree, fine. But at least try to make some sense when doing it.

Anyway, every crappy dual-mod "vs Demons" shield seems to be selling for at least 50k. I don't see why this would be any different. If it were a more in-demand Canthan skin, it might be more in-line with pedro's original estimate. Embossed is fairly awful though.

Sure some don't care and just go the cheap route - but it would drive many people crazy using TexMod. To many that is on the same level as cheating. Also there is the e-peen factor, some people like to know they worked for things, and some can justify buying the skin they really like a few off and are okay with it even paying a good bit for them. This has nothing going for it - better off using the green which is 15k. This is 3 off and a poor skin - what Bright said makes perfect sense to me honestly. I have seen far more ridiculous posts on here...


And I have seen worse skins trying to get more as well, but for awhile there was a big demons hype and it seemed to drive the prices up on them all - people were making tons of money farming DoA and wanted to get a nice unique shield... hype died down quite a bit now but some people still think they are all worth loads.

Though in general you are complete correct about my argument, this is about a crappy mod (kind of, if you look at it in general) on a really unwanted skin (not saying crappy skin, cause some people like it ). And it's 3 off... I really don't see this getting past 30k. If this was an echovald, it would be totally different, but the skin makes it worthless...

50-100k.........
