7 hero support build

I'm playing my ritualist, i have him as either the SoGm in this build or i swap that out for rit lord.

Can Anyone figure out how to enhance this build for better HM dungeon and HM mission play? I don't seem to get alot out of most the char using spears as they dont attack and use the splinter weapon.

pvx hear is frowned on, but this seemed the most thought out with equipment and runes detailed on all, i have already finished runing and equiping the necro and both rits., obviously 1 meaning me, so i can run the paragon and monk.

For a Ritualist player, I would set one hero to ST, one as the energy surge or SoS depending on if you bring the smite or prot ele. I would definitely bring the important long recharge spirits and control where they're place and moved too. Have the heroes do the quick spirits and healing/buffing.

I've used this to clear all hm missions and dungeons. The only dungeons I had issues with were Kathandrax and Shards. I play a Rit as you do, so I'm the SoS while Xandra is either SoGM or ST/Shelter. I switched Razah to ESurge Me. Depending on the dungeon, I may switch the paragon for an E/Mo Prot Hero.

Make sure you take your time and learn the patrols so you can pull with a longbow. Also making use of EVAS helps a lot in some dungeons.

How can this 7 hero team be tweaked for a warrior as main char?

How can this 7 hero team be tweaked for a warrior as main char? Strength and Honor on the monk then I would make sure you're the only one getting use of Splinter Weapon unless you bring the paragon. The monk hero would be ideal over the paragon since you can bring SAH and trigger SW where you want to, plus the biggest threat is blind to melee so you can keep that off as well.
