Hard to say a value, being "mixed" it will lower the value, and imperfect - but that only affects the 11-22 damage, which most people with any knowledge of the game SHOULD know... in this case "smite + heal = suxx" is of no importance AT ALL.
If nothing else you can put it on a hero - but I'd even pay a bit for that... imo 20-30k+
