Stuck After Elona Reach

I've completed the Elona Reach mission but I can't see how to progress. The wiki says I need to do Dunes of Despair and Thirsty River, I don't remember which of those I have/haven't done but in any case I don't see any new shields on my map nor any new quests anywhere. When I talk to the Ghostly Hero he tells me to collect the shards which is the Elona Reach quest which I've already done, so what next? Below is a pic of my current map in that area.

Elona Reach, Dunes of Despair, and Thirsty River can be done in any order. Just travel to each of the outposts (you'll find directions and/or maps on wiki) and complete them. Unless it's been changed/I'm mistaken, there won't be anything specific guiding you there.

After you have done those two you will be able to get in to Augury Rock and fight your Doppelganger. Should you have any trouble google around. Lots of info on how to cheese this guy to death.

This will drop you in Dragon's Lair. And onwards from there.

After The Dragons' Lair mission, find Captain Hugo Bronzebeard
in Droknar's Forge and get a secondary quest Seeking The Seer from him.
That quest will lead to next mission.
