Can I play Eye of the north without other expansions?

If i were to buy Eye of The North would I be able to play it without the other expansions? If so what professions would be available?

No. EotN is an expansion and requires one of the other three stand alone campaigns (Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall) to play. You must create a character in one of the campaigns and then access the EotN content after reaching level 10. EotN does not add professions so you will only be able to play whichever professions are available to the campaign you created the character in.
