Same thing happening in JQ, i think its glitched, apparently someone got banned, my guild mate was on TS and said, someones dead in the outpost on the stairs, so i zoned in to see it, and then WHAM 40 minions, because no one can kill them, idle guys getting popped and making more.

Survivor is not lost when you die in outposts, and you can join battles even dead, so it's not really a problem.
On the contrary. Kids are having quite some fun with it.
For example, one can go to one of these outposts with a survivor title on, and yell: "BOOMER!" right before a warrior explodes.

haha, i was dead on the kurzick side of jQ for quite awhile, even after the minions died out (before the update was released). Some idiot/troll kept yelling at everyone to report us dead people for botting.

JQ was cleared when I checked, but there are about 6-8 in RA ad1 at last count as a few people are going to try and keep them going.

-- Defend Lion's Arch from a recent outbreak that turned the townsfolk into the walking dead. If you die, a zombie version of yourself will be added to someone else's attempt, so be careful! You might end up fighting your guild members or friends, or perhaps that one person you added to your ignore list!

I do and that was not enjoyed by many at all, if the indication of such on the forum was clear. You couldn't go anywhere in the world without grief.

Looks like a fun time, similar to the sweets flux. Shame they changed it, these kinds of thing do make for a good laugh.
Should change it back for the Halloween, would be seasonally appropriate.

I honestly have no idea why they even bothered "fixing" it.
1. Deaths while in the outpost caused by the minions did not affect Survivor title
2. Dead players in the outpost could still click "Enter Mission"
3. Dead players in the outpost could change districts to "revive" themselves, so if they had anything they wanted to walk around and do, they still could
Therefore, the minions over-running the outpost had no negative effects.
And they surely would have gone away over night as less players were around to keep spawning them on purpose.
