2. Plageuborn Scepter, req 8 Blood ,HCT 10%, E+5^50

I'll take a stab and say 30e+ on Amber and 60e+ on Plagueborn. Get more opinions, I'm kind of just guessing.

10-15e for amber imo, agreed on plagueborn but it might take a good deal of time to sell it for 60e
