Closed: PC q9 Water Cocatrice

I am terrible with Canthan staves, wondering is this is worth selling at all.

HSR 19%
HCT 10%

I am guessing given it isn't 20% HCT attr and is 1 off HSR, I might be feeding Mr Merch, but just on the off chance it is of any interest to anyone I will check with you guys 1st.

Skin isn't spectacular, 1 off max white inherent and 20/10 and not very useful req
