Hello, After spending hours in Kamadan with very little luck, barely finding anyone selling party items I'm asking here instead.

I need 7513 points and I'm willing to pay 100g ea. I buy tonics as well but I'm not very keen about paying full price for them.
I Cant afford all points in one go, atm I got about 500k.
