Well after more indecision on my part, i've finally decided to make my Mesmer my main PvE'r and keep my other pve's around just for farming purposes. The build itself is pretty standard, slightly modded discordway heroes, SoS spammer, panic mesmer. Only thing that probably needs some tweaking is the Paragon. Here's what i'm running
Depending on my mood ill run the following build
-Ineptitude
-Clumsiness
-Wandering Eye
-Signet of Clumsiness
-Cry of Pain
-Pain Inverter
-Energy Tap
-Ebon Vanguard Standard of Wisdom
Still does some nice AoE dmg, as well as providing shutdown and Pain Inverter for bosses, EVSoW turns this into Sir Spamalot

No prots? I don't know how necessary they would be due to the large mass of spirits and minions in your team build, but i would definitely add prot spirit, aegis, and SoA to one of your characters. Also, heroes aren't good with chaining incoming and fall back. The paragon will cast both at once, making them largely redundant.

Why spirit rift? Wouldn't splinter be better with the para+7000 minions?
HigherMinion
Why dickord?

With so many spirits and minions, I recommend using PI, it works wonders in high-level areas.
And as Lanier said, the para will use Incoming and FB at once, if you want a near-perma +33% IMS, I'd add FB on another hero

To be honest it's nothing to write home about, almost every bar has something that makes me go hmm.
Daesu
Not enough damage, not enough offensive spirits. Too much healing.

Make Razah a mesmer, make your para's elite BiP (only takes like 8 pts for max effiency), more minions =/= more pwnage. Minions eat up your ST's spirits, but I wouldn't totally drop either. And you need a condition trigger for discord. Mesmers and necs will apply the hexes, but unless your para can throw in some conditions, you need a primer on your bar. Just my 2 cents...
Plutoman
Is that shelter without ST, too? This overall needs a lot of polishing, and discord has been overdone. Fine and all to use it, but not everyone needs to post their discord variant.

Few things worth looking at:
Hex Eater Sig won't be enough to fuel the Panic bar. Heroes use Rit Lord poorly, ST is much better. You don't need so much healing, get rid of it on the Rit Lord. Spirit Rift and Weapon of Warding are nothing to write home about neither. Consider bringing Spirit Light and Splinter Weapon in there place. Heroes don't chain "Incoming!" and "Fall Back!" properly I'm afraid, keep FB but maybe bring Soldier's Fury as the elite. Lastly; Discord is fairly outdated nowdays, but I guess it's up too you if you want to run with it.
Hope this helps.

Hope this helps. This. You want to run nukey nuke stuff on heroes with just a few "clean-up" skills for few-foe occasions. Weapon of Warding is meh when it replaces Splinter, and it's a very expensive Guardian, which is unheard of in PvE anyway.
