It's been nine days since I posted this. The OP was last edited 10 days ago.

Adding the IGN mentioned in the OP to friends list, I've seen Kirasaw in game several times over the past week. Thanks to the new GW friends list stalking feature, I can tell that I am not on Kirasaw's friendslist. I've whispered hello, introduced myself, and asked if we could trade several times when I spotted them online. Each time I got no response at all to my whisper. Sometimes, I would notice them later online set to DnD. (I was polite, and I was not spamming anyone. One "hi! i'm luny from guru, posted on your thread. could we meet?" whisper, and at most one "hello?" after a couple minutes. It's my standard whisper to sellers and buyers in game, nothing special.)

I don't know what's going on, but Kirasaw does not seem interested in this thread or any whispers regarding it as far as I can tell. That's a lovely, shiny staff up there, but I'm afraid shiny pixels aren't worth me wasting any more time worrying about this one.
