Dual Moded Ornate Shield

Hey, i wonder what this shield is whort:

Q13 Tactics
Ornate Shield (cantha skin)
Reduce Blind Duration on you by 20%
Received physical damage -2(while enchanted)

i was thinking this may be worth something... should be useful for dervish in RA or something...

I would say merch. Dervs'll probably be running around with scythes, AKA both hands tied up.

don't merch........ you'd get a bit for it, not loads but worth some money 10e or so at least

Agree with Stuey as to the don't merch but 10e honestly might be a bit generous for this shield.
