Halves Skill Recharge of Spells (20% chance)
+10energy
Fire Damage: 11-22 (requires 13 fire magic)
Halves casting time of spells (10% chance)
+5 Energy (Staff head)
Enchantments last 20% Longer (Staff wrapping)

I know it's a high req and it's not exactly perfect but i still thought i could sell it for something. Any PC helps. Thank you.
