This is a team build I created to use for general HM vanquishing and missions.
I am a typical dagger spamming sin (OwBj0xfzITOMMMHMSQ6P1g4OTQA) and I'm looking for something that can survive and kill at a decent rate. I'd prefer to use a team build that is well rounded and multifunctional, rather than having to switch every time I move to a new zone.

This worked very well in NM for missions but I haven't attempted it in HM yet.
Any comments or advice are welcome. Thanks

Boring answer but I would remove W, Mo and P hero. N/Rt healer instead of monk healer and 2 mesmers (choice of Psychic instability, Ineptitude, Esurge or Shared Burden). Put Splinter Weapon on SoS and use it on yourself. Take out skill 5 on necro bar and replace with dwaynas sorrow or something. In my experience heroes are bad OoP melee buffers. If you make him standard E/Mo protter you should survive HM.
The Guildless
As a dagger spammer myself I would side with most of what Maya suggests. You could just keep that and go ahead, I'm sure you would get through most of the content without problem. If you only want to make minor changes, then just drop the warrior and add Splinter Weapon somewhere. As for your own build, consider dropping Dash (you've got two copies of Fall Back! anyway) and bringing Save Yourselves. You might not be able to keep it up at all times depending on your faction rank, but +100 armor is something hard to pass up.
Keep in mind that there's quite a lot of HM content out there, so you will be able to put your build to the test. In time, some aspects of it will start to annoy you no matter how good it looks on paper right now. I can't name all the different builds I tried during all those vanquishes and missions, but I know I crossed some stuff from my GW book (e.g. the constantly lagging behind minions, aggressive refrain for the same reason and some more details like that).
If you haven't done it already, make sure you at least have an hotkey for Protective Spirit so you can pre-cast it on yourself just before running in.

Sagittario
The build seems to be psych-based, but there are too many mistakes, missing skills and stupid skills, so I'd prefer one of boring meta teams for you atm.
3xMes|Ele spikes|Rit SoS|2xMonk
4xNec|Rit SoS|2xMes
And so on....Everything can be easily found on PvXwiki
If you still want to have a team like the one above,
Add healer and condition removal (blindness would pwn your team)
Give your rit splinter
Drop E/N ER
Make Livia minion bomber with curses (MoP,...)

On my sin, I take two healers, smite monk with 16 points using strength or honour and balthazar spirit + essence bond along with roj and some signets, one MM, ST prot Rit and some mesmers.
Don't have an issue with any HM content... Slavers etc.

To be honest....just about anything with heroes will get you through the NM missions. I havent made a sin yet, as i pretty much just stick to my mesmer for pve, though sin will probably be my next pick for pve. My guildee runs a R/A(dagger spammer) with something along these lines for heroes
2 r/a dagger spammers(i would probably take these over sins due to LR/escape)
1 SoS spammer w/ splinter weapon
1 Prot rit(rit with ST and union/shelter/dissonance)
1 Orders necro
1 Healer(switches around, n/rt, usually monk w/ HB)
1 panic hero
i think thats about right, he might have a MM thrown in there somewhere but i dont remember exactly....he uses this in NM or HM whatever title grinding he needs

For doing HM Missions and Vanqs, I uses a textbook Sabway(from http://www.gwpvx.com/PvX_wiki), with the MM using Aura of the Lich, and I add in the following:
2 Rits for Spiritway:
Razah : OAOj0MgMJPO7z23czFtzcGNnJA
Xandra : OACjEyiM5QXTlTVTMTXMbiTODTA
These are pretty typical Spiritway Rits.
Searing Flames EL : OgNDoMz/M4CkBdbs20KGADZC
I turn off his res and micro-manage it as needed. Its really for emergencies only. The Sabway and Spiritway take care of most res as needed.
Panic ME : OQBDArwjN0gpnpTGkDyAL/LA
Straight Panic from PvX Wiki. Be warned, she will get targeted by some AI as they seem to HATE Panic...lol so I actually stay close to her in case she gets mobbed.
I usually keep these set up and switch them in as needed based on what I am trying to do and what I will be running into in said mission/vanq.
Support PARA : OQCkUqmxpiuDQ2CXhX3cYNs7WeD
I use this on Hayda, and she does really well with it.
Splinter Barrager Ranger : OggkchZcoIqEGziRF4jBiRvF2xFD
Again, I micro his res.
Unyielding Aura Monk : OwUTMsGDXqBcj4ioL67JDoHghAA
I have used these in various combinations, usually keeping Sab/Spiritway 5 man team as the core, and have completed all mission in HM in Nightfall, I have only Treesinger mission to do in Factions, and then its on to do the several I have left in Prophesies.
I have done spotty vanquishing, but never had any trouble using these guys.
I also have Goren in that same build, and if you need the extra knockdown, he is pretty cool to use.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
