This dropped for me today in UW and I wondered if it was worth anything.
I know dual inscriptions are quite rare, but I'm not sure if there would be much demand for this particular combination.
I'd appreciate any advice.

Honestly it depends on finding a buyer, you could easily sell for more if you find the right person.
As for rarity, q9 dual mod shields are not terribly rare (although certainly not commonplace), and the Tall, while being a commonplace skin is still sought after by old time players who like them.
I don't think the mod combo is too bad at all for a Warr running a tactics build.
I don't want to guestimate a price, it really does come down to finding the "right" collector, but certainly it is worth more than 10k.
I have no need for shields, since I have a few with similar mods, but I would pay a few times more without blinking if I had a need at all.
