Don't waste your time - Seller does not honor b/o's. In response to this statement, there was a misunderstanding between the meaning of b/o. jimbo32 says that when a b/o is offered, both parties are required to honour the trade. However, the poster above him matched the price and showed up to complete the trade. I scoured the FAQ and rules and found that agreements made here are non-binding. I run on a first come, first served basis, so if you say that you'll trade and pm a login time and not show (while waiting, the other person showed up, half an hour after the appointed time), there's nothing saying I can't sell to a potential buyer.
